a key role based at our blue-chip clients offices in Ascot, Berkshire. You will be an experienced IT Support Engineer with a solid track record of providing both 1st and 2nd line support. The keys aspects of the role will include:Maintain and upgradingtheir IT Infrastructure. Reviewing and resolve Network and defense issues. Maintain the securities on the network, Routers and Firewalls. Providing 1st abd 2nd line support to advice to staff with IT related issues. Maintain and help build SharePoint, Compliances,Exchange and Team sites and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant and setup.In addition, maintain the Active Directory users, permissions and policies. Roll out IT hardware, maintain and resolve issues with the phone systems (including mobiles) and help to project plan special IT developments and improve software systems.You will display solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Roles, SharePoint, Securities, Compliance, Teams and Exchange. As well as experience of Microsoft Group Policy, Installation Rollout and InTunes. Skills in web-based hosting, data integration, websites& SSL certifications. Demonstrable knowledge of setting network and SharePoint permissions and SQL management and scriptingA starting salary of around £38,000 is on offer for the right candidate along with good benefits.This is an onsite role in Central Ascot, candidates need to have excellent inter-personal skills, be a self starter who can work well in tandem with the IT Manager.
