Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for a eRostering Facilitator to work with one of Berkshires leading health trusts based from their head office in Ascot, Berkshire. This is a temporary ongoing expected to last for at least the next 2 months and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.Key duties include: Working with the team to roll out eRostering across the Trust as well as other staff groups, training team members on the additional functionality to ensure the full benefits of the system are utilised & ensuring users are trained and to provide first and second-line help-desk support as required. You will work closely with trust management, clinical & operational staff to ensure the successful implementation as well as be responsible for monitoring to ensure the systems and processes are embedded into practice both within the eRostering team and within clinical and non-clinical areas. You will need to make sure that there is timely and accurate completion of any changes and requests received and coordinate the monthly finalisation of time and attendance and absence extracts to Payroll to ensure staff on eRostering are paid accurately. As a system super user you will support the development of the interfaces between the eRostering system and other trust systems. It is essential that you have a sound eRostering background.
