Fixed term / secondment maternity leave cover until March 2021.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources department at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, providing project management and support as we start our journey to implement fully integrated workforce deployment systems (rostering and job planning) across our medical workforce. This is an ambitious and fast-paced project, offering you the ability to have a significant impact across the organisation.You will need to demonstrate excellent project management skills and an ability to think conceptually in problem solving. An excellent communicator, you will be able to challenge and influence clinical and non-clinical colleagues up to senior level and will use great organisational skills to deliver a varied and challenging agenda.
