Job Description

Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting and energetic events and arts business in Central Bristol.We are looking for someone who can assist the Head of Finance with the daily bookkeeping of the business, whilst also keeping everything office related in working order. This role is offered on a part time basis, covering 32 hours a week over 4 days and thesalary shown on offer is a full time equivalent.Responsibilities of this role will include:

Invoice and PO processing
Keeping track of credit and debit cards
Bank reconciliations
Day-to-day office management
Payment runs
Ordering of office stock and looking after utilities and maintenance
Supporting the Head of Finance with other finance related tasks

Some competencies that could aid your success in this role:

A hard working attitude and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and use your own initiative
Good communicator
A finance or bookkeeping background would be great
