Job Description

Customer Service Advisor£17,000 - £18,5009am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)Ardwick, ManchesterOur Client, a rapidly expanding award-winning online retailer now has an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join their team. You would be joining an established customer service team based just outside of Manchester City Centre with great transport links.To join as a key part of this team you will need to be highly efficient, organised, and be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly. You will relish getting things organised and getting the job done, have a hands-on approach and be capable of independently completing required functions, whilst also liaising effectively with other teams.Responsibilities

  • Helping customers with their enquiries:
  • Product advice - sizing, styling, sold out, product recommendations
  • Placing orders for the customer
  • Order fulfilment - cancellations and dispatch delays
  • Delivery - arranging international deliveries, missed deliveries, custom clearance
  • Returns -managing refunds
  • Drive revenue by converting all product leads into sales
  • Feeding back all key customer themes
  • Requirements
  • Great attention to detail
  • A passion for customer service is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience of meeting targets
  • Very good organisation skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Experience with using Linnworks, Magento, Sage Pay, Live Chat or Xsellco
