You will assist with the daily running of the transport office, including such duties as checking stock availability for orders due out the next day and liaising with sales colleagues to re-date order lines where necessary. The Administration Team have a shared email account and you’ll manage any queries regarding orders, process pick notes and print off advice notes. In addition, you’ll deal with any order queries from the warehouse, including stock issues, missing pick notes and incorrect paperwork, as well as making sure everything is ready for the next day by using reports from the K8 system so there are no surprises. Customer queries, both internal and external, will come via email or the telephone and you’ll deal with these and be required to keep all branch compliance records up to date to ensure accurate data is stored.The successful candidate will require:
