Job Description

AdministratorDo you want to work for an established, growing company who are at an exciting stage of its developmentIf you are interested in a career within Administration, then this role is for you.The position is with a Northwich based company who are looking for an individual to join their Operations team.You will receive - Administrator:

  • Salary up to £21,000
  • Company pension
  • Onsite parking
  • No weekends
  • Sick Pay
Responsibilities - Administrator:
  • Handling client enquiries received by telephone or email.
  • Processing sales orders, shipping transactions and invoice preparation.
  • Managing and updating company databases and client records.
  • Assisting in the creation of reports and compiling statistical analysis.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of the companys product range.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
Person Specification - Administrator:
  • Organised, methodical, and with an acute attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
  • A proactive work ethic and a can-do approach to challenges.
  • A desire to learn and develop personal knowledge.
