They support communities so they are strong enough to shape their own destiny and everyonecan reach their potential.About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to be responsible for the charitys commercial business rental units across the Northeast & Cumbria Trust, including their flagship Business Centre at Annfield Plain alongside three otherunitsThis role will have overall responsibility for the daily management of the Business Centre, leading a team of staff to ensure a high quality, professional and profitable business, catering, and events service is provided to customers.With an innovative and entrepreneurial approach, the post holder will lead and develop activities and events and drive the ongoing improvement and development of the charitys commercial properties.About youThe charity is seeking someone who has significant experience working in a similar role overseeing successful commercial, hospitality or business centre management including provision of events, catering, and resource management. You will have excellentcommercial awareness and effective budget management skills as well as being innovative with an entrepreneurial approach to developing and driving new business.
