There is flexibility in base which include, Anlaby and Beverley. Some responsibilities include offering the reflective supervision of social workers in your team, decision making, chairing strategy meetings, approving assessments and plans forour children with disabilities and our children that we are working with under child protection, child looked after and child in need guidance. An understanding of performance and statutory obligations would be advantageous however our hope is that we findcandidates that would welcome an ethos of "stronger together, high support and high challenge".
