These programmes and projects cover UK and overseas requirements and are generally Category A. The DCT Programmes and Projects are at a range of stages from timescales already set & Initial Gate Business Case development underway, with others yet to begin and teams still to be formed.Job descriptionThe Delivery Continuity Team (DCT) PfMO (Portfolio Management Office) Estate Information Support Manager is accountable for providing support to the Facilities Management data and library strategies. They will also support the provision of all the available Facilities Management planning including technical and financial data which provides tenderers with the best information on the estate.The post holder will assist in providing Facilities Management services with a list and copy of all relevant MOD tendering documents for the MOD estate in the UK and overseas that are not in the public domain.ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be required to promote strong working relationships both within the team and with other teams across DIO and MoD. The Estate Information Support Officer will work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture the requirement, data and library documents required, and after reviewing the data identify any gaps. Once received the data has to be reviewed and all technical and reference documents included.The successful applicant will review any gaps and any risks mitigated appropriately. The data shall then be clearly laid out for ease of understanding and updated when required to support the procurement process.Travel RequirementsThe successful applicant will be able to choose at which location they work from. However there is likely to be a need to travel to other MoD sites which many include overnight stays.About DIODIO is part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
