Corporate Services Operations Team Leader

Job Description

Our client has grown to become a leading global foreign exchange and payment provider.Due to growth, theyre now looking for a Corporate Services Operations Team Leader to join them and manage a small team.The Corporate Services team provides services and support to key accounts and generates approximately one third of the total revenue for the entire company group. We are looking for a candidate to lead the Corporate Services team to success - implementingprocess and organization, managing the team of corporate service support and supporting the account managers, as well as building strong relationships with the client base and delegating the flow of workload through the relevant channels.Management experience in the financial services or fintech sector would be ideal but we are keen to receive applications from strong operational candidates keen to take the next step in their career.Duties include

• Design and Implement a workload organisation and delegation process
• Implement new technologies and tools as needed to support the corporate services team
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales operations process and systems to ensure greater sales operations effectiveness and efficiency
• Communicate goals and deadlines to team members
• Assess team performance and provide feedback to employees, searching for areas of improvement
• Work with the People and Culture manager on all Corporate Service recruitment needs and train all new team members
• Provide teams within the organisation with information about recent Corporate Services developments, growth and policy changes
• Support Corporate Services clients with technical enquiries
• Assist with investigations into missing or unallocated payments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Corporate Services clients

Skills and Experience

• Experience at a growing technology or fintech company would be valuable
• Experience in and able to demonstrate proficiency in Excel skills such as data analysis, pivot tables, macros, formulas and functions
• Proven record of success planning and implementing processes
• A problem solver with keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate well, persuade and motivate
• A collaborative approach to working with others and committed to an inclusive environment
