Job Description

Temporary Part Time School AdministratorOur client is seeking a skilled and friendly School Administrator to join their busy office. The ideal candidate must have a full ENHANCED DBS.Location: Derby, DE24Salary: £9.00 Per HourHours: Thursday & Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Duration: Temporary until the end of term - This role may go into the summer break Start: ASAPYour Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for pupils, teachers and visitors
  • Meeting and greeting with visitors
  • Distribute incoming calls and post to the relevant person
  • Support parents with any enquires
  • Supporting with booking events via internal system
  • Provide a full range of secretarial skills including typing, photocopying, and filing.
  • Responsible for ensuring the recording of attendance data and reasons for absence
  • General office administration duties
Skills/Experience/Attributes:
  • Must hold a valid ENHANCED DBS
  • A good telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good time management
  • High level of organisations skills
