Your responsibilities will encompass:

Collaborating closely with teachers to adapt materials and teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, addressing their unique requirements.
Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social and emotional development of students.
Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in consultation with the schools SENCO and other professionals.
Monitoring and tracking student progress and delivering feedback to teachers and parents.
Upholding safeguarding policies and ensuring the welfare of all students.
