They will also be required to support and cover for the Program Professional intimes of high volume of work and/or absence.Key Responsibilities

  • Support with answering queries from Hiring Managers, Suppliers & Workers within 24 hours
  • Support in the end to end recruitment process to include but not limited to:-
    • Schedule Interviews
    • Support in managing offers, Raise Work Orders, chasing approvals from managers and suppliers to ensure SLAs are adhered to
    • Coordinate new starters working with Program Office, Hiring Managers and suppliers to ensure smooth on-boarding process
    • Manage all contract changes via VMS
    • Maintain chasers for approvals, timesheets, and invoice approvals
    • Manage error logs in timely manner to ensure errors do not affect recruitment or invoice run
    • Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues
    • Able to run adhoc reports as and when required

  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Positive communicator with excellent telephone manner and the confidence to deal with sometimes challenging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
  • Flexible attitude and adaptable to change with a helpful can do approach
  • Strong IT Skills including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and to thrive under pressure
Desired Experience
  • Experience within an MSP Environment or Staffing/Recruitment Industry
  • Experience with any of the following: Remedy, Gemini, or VMS tool Fieldglass or Beeline
