We are an established, successful organisation with an enviable track-record for providing high calibre solutions.Our talented leadership team brings a wealth of experience, along with genuine passion and enthusiasm for what we do, providing the best support and motivation to all our employees so they can continue to deliver the very best service to our clients.Office AssistantYou:- You will have excellent customer service skills and organisation skills- You must have an excellent telephone manner and be confident talking with high-level clients when answering the phone and greeting them at reception of our newly acquired offices in Altrincham- You will be highly organised, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages- You will be able to prioritise workloads and will have excellent communication skills- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable spelling and grammar for report checking- You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing work to tight timescalesOffice AssistantKey Responsibilities:This role sits within our administration department, reporting to the Office Manager and working alongside the existing administration team. The role is extremely varied to include, for example, providing office support to the business in areas such as:- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and being able to expertly sign post enquiries- Meeting and greeting clients and candidates in our reception area- Report writing and checking- Formatting CVs- Adding candidates to our database- Arranging meetings- Conducting computer-based researchYou will have the ability to build positive relationships with all departments across the business and provide effective customer service both internally to our staff and externally to our clients and candidates.
