Job Description

Are you a creative and driven individual looking to kick-start your career or for career development in the marketing industry We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic and innovative team at a leading company based in Altrincham.As the Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Marketing Manager and internal Sales team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and internal Sales teamin executing various digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and assisting with market research and analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a thriving industry.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager and internal Sales team to enhance the company market profile in all aspects
  • Support the development of fresh marketing material such as graphics, infographics, presentations, and brochures
  • Ability to identify content opportunities for their website, social media, press releases, company intranet, and e-marketing campaigns. This will include success stories, staff appointments, examples of client successes, and new product launches
  • Assisting with preparation for exhibitions
  • Actively seeking new ways to understand existing and new customer behavior/markets and maximising specific sales opportunities through research/analysis and competitor research
  • Content creation for social media and e-shots
  • Working with email marketing alongside their existing CRM Platforms, maintaining, recording, and managing data to achieve and meet important sales milestones
  • Activate email marketing campaigns, delivery, and automation (create and maintain customer journey, design, configure, audience segmentation, and data management)
  • Setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns and creation of reporting
  • Assisting with content maintenance of the company website using WordPress
The successful candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication, and organisational skills, and strong attention to detail.
