I am recruiting an Installation Coordinator for a fast-growing IT company based in the Altrincham area. Paying a salary between GBP19-24k depending on experience, you will work as part of a close-knit team and be responsible for coordinating all aspectsof complex planning projects. I am keen to speak to candidates who have previous experience managing a diverse and busy workload. What will you be doing as Installations CoordinatorMonitor, verify, validate and sign off the various stages of planning ensuring deadlines are met, and internal operations/support teams are kept up to date on delivery against the plan. Liaise with Partner companies, managing agents and contractors to approve planning packs and wayleave as well as arranging surveys. Driving forecast with our survey contractors to ensure targets are achieved. Manage and deliver own workload effectively, by monitoring work intake, output and performance Prioritise urgent / important jobs to ensure these are completed within given timelines Accurately maintain the CRM system records, such as access information and Managing Agent details. Review and issue planning packs, liaising, and tracking where amendments are required with surveyors and Managing Agents. Order, receipt and prepare kit for installations. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and field-based surveyors. Manage and schedule work for the internal engineers, providing job requirements and access details.
