Job Description

Are you a Corporate Solicitor / Associate with up to 5 years PQE Then keep scanning, this could be your future within the Corporate Commercial team recognised within The Times Best Law Firm 2019.The firm:My client is one of the largest and still growing legal practices in the North West of England. This award-winning law firm is home to quality lawyers with quality work, advising and assisting a variety of clients across a range of sectors domestically and internationally.You will be handling:

  • Due diligence and disclosure.
  • Share restructuring/group re-organisation.
  • Investment agreements.
  • Company formation and administration.
  • Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Share options (including EMIs).
  • Non-contentious insolvency work.
  • Shareholder agreements (and bespoke articles of association).
  • Banking (loans, security, and deeds of priority).
    • The candidate:
  • This role would suit a qualified legal professional with an outstanding academic background and training with a desire to further develop their career.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Candidates must have a practical and solution-oriented approach to their work and exceptional client management and delivery skills.
  • The ability to work well with experienced professionals, within a collegiate environment is essential.
  • The successful candidate will conduct their own work and support senior fee earners, working on a wide range of corporate matters, providing high-quality advice representing a leading law firm.
