Summary Were delighted to be recruiting a Consultancy Manager to lead our "Looking After" consultants in northern England, supporting a multi-disciplinary regional team of building surveyors, conservators, planners, project managers and climate and environmentadvisors, primarily working across NW England.Youll also provide direct consultancy support to property General Managers in Cheshire, Liverpool and Lancashire, matrix-working both regionally and nationally. Working on both estate and wider landscape projects with valued partners such as Cheshire EastCouncil is also a key component of the role. What its like to work here Your high-profile work will be integrated into our National Trust Consultancy, providing properties with advice and practical support across the full range of conservation, marketing and supporter development activities. The diversity and quality of expertisewithin the Consultancy enables our properties and places to benefit from an extraordinary range of creative and innovative thinking, as well as deep expertise in all matters relating to our twin purpose of caring for the nations heritage and landscapes andmaking these accessible to all.Youll be working alongside seven other Consultancy Managers in the North, a valuable, supportive peer network and part of a national cohort across the organisation, able to access development opportunities and regular networking space.This post is located at our Altrincham Hub, but there will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. We expect that there will be travel to properties or the hub 3 days a week. What youll be doing Youll lead a high-performing multi-disciplinary consultancy team working across north-west England. Your great relationships with the General Managers of special properties like Dunham Massey, Alderley Edge and Speke will enable co-creation and deliveryof projects to support the property plans and organisational ambition.Youll play a key role in the regional and national Consultancy Manager community, making connections across regions and countries, brokering the time of regional & national Consultants and ensuring that the right skills are deployed in the right placesat the right time.Youll also integrate our overarching inclusion and climate action themes into effective and smart ways of working, contributing to the evolution of the organisation.
