Due to the internal promotion of the person who previously held this position, were looking for a hungry and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team, based at our head office in the centre of Altrincham. This is where you come inBusiness Development Manager Whats The RoleReporting directly in to our Managing Director, youll be our sales lead, responsible for identifying and approaching businesses that would benefit from our suite of services, whether thats our recruitment advertising campaigns, our alternative to a traditionalrecruitment agency approach or even a bespoke headhunting project.You will identify and introduce yourself to key decision makers within businesses, understanding their unique recruitment challenges and assessing whether they have a requirement for our support. Youll then build a solution that will add value, introducingthe benefits to the customer and close the deal.Once closed, youll then liaise with our Client Success team to ensure the customer is onboarded effectively, following up to ensure each account is developed, maximising upsell and cross sell opportunities for Hiring Wizard and the wider group.Business Development Manager Skills & Experience RequirementsWere looking for someone who already understands what is required to be a success in a B2B sales role. That means 2-3 years+ and a good track record of closing new business opportunities and / or developing accounts.Youll show creativity and dynamism, exploring new ways to reach decision makers via phone, email and social media.
