Job Description

My client is a market leading specialist recruitment agency, located in the centre of Altrincham. To cover a significant increase in workload due to continued success, my client is currently looking recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis potentiallytemporary to permanent for the successful candidate.Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 with a 60-minute lunch break, the rate of pay is £12 per hour which is a salary of £23,400.It is essential you will have administration experience, as you will be supporting the recruitment sales team although it is not essential to have recruitment experience.Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the senior sales support executive, primarily submitting new contract and extension requests to the internal team who will then raise the paperwork.
  • Contract requests will be submitted via email using outlook templates.
  • Obtaining purchase orders from clients via email.
  • Must be fully experienced on Office365 as this is the standard software my client uses for all emails, documents, other communications e.g. Teams and SharePoint.
  • General office administration support.
Specification:
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Very good customer support skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate and Numerate - very comfortable with figures.
  • Process driven.
