Job Description

Do you have experience in Office Administration Are you looking for a temporary office role I have the perfect job for you! Mon - Thurs: 8am - 5pm Friday: 8am - 2.30pmDuties will include:

  • Double checking the calculations on paperwork received from shopfloor to ensure invoicing quantities are correct
  • Inputting stock onto the internal system
  • Going through the Finished goods and checking what needs to be despatched out that day
  • Calling customers to book in deliveries for the following day
  • Despatching/Invoicing the goods due to be despatched out daily
  • Inputting the daily despatches onto the hauliers website
  • Supplying paperwork for the warehouse for pallet wrapping and despatch
  • Calling hauliers to chase delivery ETAs when necessary
  • Order processing
  • Price checking each order
  • Filing as and when needed
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required
