Building Maintenance OperativeJob Title: Building Maintenance OperativeLocation: LancashireSalery:£18,500 + overtimeHours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pmMy client, a leading commercial vehicle dealership in the Workshop and are looking for a Building Maintenance Operative to join their team, with an immediate start available.Building Maintenance Operative duties include;General building maintenance works including but not limited to: joinery, plumbing, painting and decorating, and other handyman tasks.Cleaning the workshop and staff areasSweeping, floor cleaning, emptying bins and oil drainersGeneral tidying, gardening and decorating.
