Job Description

With our Client we are looking to appoint a HR Generalist to join our Clients business on a full time and permanent basis.The role is for a HR professional who has a proven track of success within the HR arena and who is looking to make a career move into a fast based / growing business.Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of a small and professional HR team you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Employee relations - Disciplinary / Grievance / Absence Management / Performance etc.
  • HR Advice - provision of HR Advice across the Business / assist with the Development of Procedures / Compliance and Audit
  • Recruitment - including Job Adverts / Specifications and full Recruitment process
  • Training and Development - lead and coordinate Training across the Business
  • Ad hoc duties
  • We are looking to appoint a CIPD Level III - or a hands on Qualified by Experience.
