Our client is a growing family run business with a great reputation in the oil, gas & energy industry.Seeking a Company Secretary to join them, the company through expansion are looking for a candidate to join them and head up one half of the business which deal with Riggs, Drilling, Engineering & Wells Services.Offering a competitive salary, hybrid working, half a day EVERY Friday and other great benefits including healthcare and an 8% pension contribution, this firm has a relaxed attitude and all work very well together.Our Client is planning to be zero emission by 2050, they are currently in the process of redoing all of their Riggs and are investing heavily in technology.This company have operations in Norway and this a duty of this role will include traveling to attend meetings in Norway up to 5 times a year.The main duties Act as Company Secretary for the BoD and certain subsidiary companies Ensure that applicable Corporate Governance principles are adhered to Develop and maintain quality processes to facilitate a smooth execution of the BoDs decision process communication, cooperation with management, timely submission of documentation.
