Are you a hands on finance professional with experience of overseeing a large transactional finance team Can you work in Bristol twice a week If so we have a fantastic maternity cover contract working for a fast paced and well established North Bristolbased business. With 4 direct reports and a much larger wider finance team youll oversee the timely management of the following functions : Accounts Payable, Collections and the Cash/Banking teams. Youll ensure that all the teams operate as well as possibleadhering to KPIs and ensuring all transactions are completed within the necessary timescales. Aside for the day to day team management this highly acquisitive business will utilise your skills for project work helping to integrate newly acquired businessesand ensuring their processes follow group process and knit seamlessly into the business. This role will require a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team through best practice. Successful applicants arelikely to come from a highly transactional environment possibly a shared service centre or the transactional finance division of a large fast paced business. This role will start asap, offers hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home and comeswith an excellent wider benefits package.
