Job Description

Signature Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a successful, growing and innovative FMCG company in North Bristol in the hunt for a Customer Service Executive.The role will involve being fully responsible for the efficient and effective administration of selected existing and potential accounts. Working in a fast-paced environment, youll be focussed on order processing and giving customers the best possible service.A key aspect of this role is to keep the customers informed of the status of their order and ensure on time and in full delivery to customers. This role would perfectly suit someone with experience in Customer Care and Account Management, with a proactivework approach and the desire to help.Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service, putting the customer at the centre of every decision
  • Receiving, acknowledging, processing and confirming SalesOrders
  • Keeping the customer up to date with the status of their order including anydelays
  • Make sure the stock sheets (excel documents) have thorough instructions for any account that follows especial or unusual procedures Creation of shipping documentation (to include export) required fortransport
  • Complaint handling
  • Answering incoming telephonecalls
  • Obtaining transport quotes on request from approved partners
Experience required:
  • Experience of working in Customer Service
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Flexibility towards change
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
This is a full-time role, working Hours 8.30am - 5pm (but these are flexible). Salary is up to £26,000. The team are office based, so the ability to travel to North Bristol is essential.
