Job Description

Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Advisors who are looking to progress with their career to join a market leading insurance business in Bristol. This position contains many benefits including generous on-target earnings as well as a starting salary of£21,000 - £22,000 per annum.Benefits and Package for a Sales Advisor:

  • Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 per annumOTE up to £27,000
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday, shifts between 8.30am - 7.30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am - 5pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Aztec West, Bristol
  • 21 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:
  • Receiving inbound and placing outbound customer calls to process cover notes
  • Converting 1 day, 5 day and 7-day cover notes from quote to policy
  • Promoting additional products available
  • Taking ownership of all general queries to resolution
  • Providing accurate quotes and costs
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor:
  • Previous experience within a customer-facing environment is advantageous
  • Previous sales experience is desirable
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively is required
  • Good computer literacy is essential
  • Capable of meeting performance targets whilst working within a fast-paced environment
