Job Description

Signature are delighted to be recruiting for someone with excellent customer service and administration skills to join a professional property company as a part time receptionist. This is a permanent contract and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly environment and likes to work with a variety of different people.Previous receptionist experience is essential.Your main tasks will be:

  • Meet and greet all visitors ensuring they are signed in and out of the visitors log
  • Making tea & coffee for visitors
  • Booking various meeting rooms
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, and transferring calls
  • General admin duties
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Dealing with the daily post in and out of the office

This is a permanent role offering £21,157 (pro rata).
