Job Description

My client based in Almondsbury (BS32) are recruiting for an On-Boarding Administrator to join their hr people team.The role is to start immediately and is for a 3 month contract initially, with a potential for this being extended. Full time hours, the position is offered on a hybrid working basis where you can work from home 2 days a week.Duties include:New Starter Onboarding - Adding new starters to the database- Accurate and timely creation of the Onboarding portal for candidates to complete various onboarding tasksReporting weekly/monthly new starters -Production and distribution of accurate and timely reportsCreate and issue documentation -Ad-hoc administration tasks. For example; probation completion, salary changes, start date changes, change of working hours, pension scheme opt-in etcProbation Reviews -Setting up probation review remindersNew Starter Day 1 email -Issue standard template welcome email to new starter, to confirm entitlements, benefits, password/user ID and other useful Day 1 information to help them navigate their way aroundCollaboration with the Recruitment Team -Checking accuracy of start dates and information for new starters, by comparing spreadsheets versus contracts issuedSetting up holiday entitlement on holiday management systemOnboarding forms - Downloading and emailing payroll information forms and providing data for new starters to the Payroll Team, for setting up on the payroll system.General - Proactive collaboration with other People Ops Team members, to ensure fluctuations in workflow are managed effectivelySkills and Experience required:Previous administration experienceExcellent communication skillsPrevious HR experience - desirable not essential
