Job Description

Do you enjoy doing administrative tasks and would like a new opportunity in Bristol Red is recruiting a Office Administrator to join a leading supplier that puts their employees at the heart of what they do. If you have a passion for organisation and wouldlike to work as an Office Administrator, wed like to speak with you!Package and Benefits of an Office Administrator:

  • Salary: £21,000 to £25,000 per annum
  • Location: Bristol
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time
  • Hours: Day shifts Monday to Friday
  • Located in Filton, Bristol, just 20 minutes from the City Centre with various transport links
  • Opportunity to progress within the organisation in a specialist field, such as Finance, Purchasing, or HR
Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:
  • Managing general office tasks such as ordering stationary, kitchen supplies, furniture and office equipment
  • Scanning, filing and day-to-day upkeep of the office
  • Answering telephone calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Assisting with Health and Safety responsibilities
  • Completing administrative tasks and ad hoc projects for different departments
  • Supporting all order processing and shipping
  • Tracking employee holiday and sickness and assisting with data input via HR system
Key Skills of an Office Administrator:
  • A Level / Degree in Business Studies
  • At least 2 years office administration experience
  • Great attention to detail and organisation
  • Can work unsupervised and multitask
  • IT literate experience of using MS Office
  • Ideally have some experience with Sage Software and MS Dynamocs
  • Desirably experience within international shipping
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 15 pounds and sit and/ or stand or long periods of time
  • A great attitude to work with a solution focused outlook
