Lead Patient Coordinator/Administrator - Bristol (outskirts)£30,000 - £40,000 per annum + BonusA unique opportunity to join a brand-new private hospital prior to its launch. As Patient Coordinator and Administration lead, you will be passionate about delivering outstanding 5-star patient care whilst coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the business.This ultra-modern concept will focus on world-class surgical care tailored to each patient as well as providing state of the art facilities for prominent surgeons and clinicians to operate in Bristol. Key duties:* Overseeing daily running of the clinic and patient coordination* Taking lead on administration and ensuring booking system runs smoothly for patients and clinicians* Providing full secretarial/administration support* Maintaining patient records and building good relationships with them over the phone and in person* Ordering and sourcing stock* Billing and credit control* Arranging referrals for other healthcare providers* Booking Anaesthetists and theatre assistants* Producing documents, reports and presentations* Part of the recruitment team in selection of new membersWhat we are looking for:* Previous experience in a similar role in a private surgical setting* High level lead secretarial and patient coordinator skills* Ability to multitask across all levels whilst remaining calm* Flexibility - this is a new business and will require an adaptable approach* Excellent communication skills at all levels - both internal and external* Working knowledge of clinical and patient management systemsThis is a role that will require a flexible approach as the business launches and expands. A great opportunity to be in at the early stages and have some input into how the processes are set up. There will be support and relevant training but the successfulapplicant will need to be a self starter able to work autonomously as well as in collaboration with other key members of the team.
