Job Description

Tru Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving HR department as an assistant supporting the team and working closely with the HR Manager. As the HR assistant you will be pivotal in ensuring the administration and general HR dutiesare completed to a high standard.This role is perfect for those in HR who would like a step up to perhaps an Advisor role once you have learnt the processes and procedures of this position. Not only that there is an opportunity to study your CIPD level 3/5 and become more involved in ERand projects as you grow with the role.Ideally you will need to have at least 1 year HR experience, however we are flexible.To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • strong communication both over the phone and via email
  • good excel, word and keyboard skills
  • high attention to detail and able to take responsibility
  • able to work with the senior management team
  • be passionate about HR and a friendly and flexible
This role can be based in either Bristol or Gloucester depending on your location - there is free parking.
