HR Advisor | Permanent | Bristol | £36,000 - £38,000 with fantastic benefitsAre you passionate about providing excellent HR support and ensuring that people matters are handled effectively We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join a rapidly expanding, fast paced private healthcare business. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supportingthe company by offering advice and guidance on various aspects of the people cycle, including recruitment, employee retention, performance evaluation, staff engagement, and employee relations. You will work closely with the Central HR Team to maintain HR policies and procedures and provide timely advice on routine employee relations matters. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support HR projects and develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.What you will be doing:HR Advice: Provide expert advice and support on HR-related matters to ensure compliance and best practices.Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.HR Administration processes and service: Ensure accurate and efficient HR administration, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation.HR System Support: Utilize HR information systems and reporting functions to manage employee data effectively.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and prepare HR reports as required.Employee Relations: Handle routine HR queries and provide advice to maintain positive employee relations.Learning and Development: Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related tasks.HR Projects Support: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance HR processes.Communications & Engagement: Assist in employee communications and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.Line Management of a HR Administrator: Provide guidance and support to a HR Administrator to ensure smooth HR operations.What we are looking for:Education & Qualification:Minimum CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification, preferably studying or completed Level 5 Intermediate.Experience & Knowledge:Previous experience in a similar HR role.Demonstrable experience in administering pre-employment checks.Strong experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer in a highly regulated industry.Ability to handle routine HR queries and provide effective advice.Proficient user of HR information systems with reporting capabilities.In-depth knowledge of key UK employment law provisions.Awareness of best practices and emerging trends in HR.Experience in coordinating employment processes such as learning and development and payroll.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.Skills & Personal Attributes:Customer-focused with excellent analytical and communication skills.Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain professional behavior.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Tactful and diplomatic when handling sensitive issues.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Previous experience in managing a small team is desirable.Effective problem-solving skills.If you are a motivated HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute toa companys success, please submit y application.
