Job Description

Were looking for someone experienced in providing exceptional customer service to be our next Head of Guest Experience!Providing exceptional guest service and hospitality is our passion; our guests and members are at the heart of everything we do.Your day to day;

  • You will drive and improve our guest service in all operational areas of the hotel, including food and drink, conference, reception, spa and spa treatments ensuring the highest levels of guest experience are provided at every touch point
  • Leading and mentoring the operational managers to deliver the highest levels of guest service
  • Support the operational managers with recruiting, retaining and developing team members to consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Continuously review our guest experience journey, proactively implementing improvements with all team members
Who are we looking for As a key member of the Leadership Team, we are looking for a dynamic and detailed focussed individual whose sole focus is enhancing the guest journey and experience, whilst leading our front of house, food and drink and spa and spa treatment teams.Understanding the hospitality industry would be desirable but not essential, however you will have proven experience of improving customer service and developing a large team. You will have an excellent eye for detail and a genuine passion for deliveringcustomer service of the highest standard.Being skilled in delegation and multi-tasking is essential. The role of Head of Guest Experience covers a number of departments in which you will develop your teams, mentoring and drive a strong commercial culture whilst offering the very best guest experience.You will contribute to the overall operation of the hotel by having a high level of presence within the business, completing operational management shifts, which includes evenings and weekends.In return, we are offering a rewarding role with scope for career progression along with;
