Job Description

Facilities Coordinator Location: BristolSC Clearance Required iO Associates clients are a well-established company working on a wide range of projects from military aircrafts to commercial aviation, this is a good opportunity for you to work on a range of different projects and advance your skillset!What theyre looking forTheyre looking for a Facilities Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years experience. It is also essential that their next employee has experience with facilities coordination/ management with buildings and knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.It is also required that the candidate has a driving licence as there may be travel required between the two Bristol based sites.What youll be doing:

  • Supporting the new facility that is currently being built.
  • Work closely with the facility manager in delivery of day-to-day delivery.
  • Be a point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and office employees.
  • Responsible for the facility help desk and ensuring contractor checks are complete and work permits are issued.
  • Keep the site tidy and take initiative of daily tasks.
Note:Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to pass SC clearance, for this you must be a British Citizen and have not lived for over 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years.What you get:
