We provide service with character.JOB PURPOSE:This Client Sourcing Manager role sits within our Integral Sourcing and Procurement Team, reporting into the Head of Procurement, and business partnering our Integral Accounts and Operations teams to develop and execute procurement strategies and supplychain solutions.The principal purpose of the role is to work in in conjunction with the Accounts and Operations Teams, and to develop Procurement strategies that deliver optimal solutions across a wide range of clients and sectors. The key to success in this role is tobuild strong collaborative partnerships with these teams and truly business partner them across all aspects of strategic procurement and client service delivery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

  • Procurement Business Partner to the Divisional Director for the allocated Sector, working with the Account Directors and respective operations teams to determine the optimal procurement strategies across a range of client contracts.
  • Attend all relevant business meetings, including external meetings with Clients, and ensure alignment between Procurement and Operations.
  • Working with the Account Directors, Contract Managers and Commercial Directors to understand the commercial models, contractual requirements and obligations across allocated Client accounts.
  • Ensure the overall commercial mode of operation is being followed and adhered to by all relevant parties, and understand the commercial levers that can be applied.
  • Ensure the Integral Clients needs are understood and balanced against the procurement strategy that is developed and implemented.
  • Undertake Pareto analysis across allocated Client contracts to develop informed sourcing strategies, utilising available data, category strategies and market insights.
  • Assess Client supply chain solutions and ensure the optimal solution is implemented, using influencing skills to challenge any retained or legacy suppliers, and with a constant focus on rationalisation and alignment to our PSL.
  • Own and manage strategic contractor negotiations at a contract level through bundling / consolidation opportunities to increase margin to Integral.
  • Accountable for cost saving initiatives, working together with the contract managers to achieve our yearly targets. Ensure savings are signed off at a contract level and recorded centrally to meet the annual target.
  • Ensure contractor pricing is in line with rates that have been negotiated at a central level.
  • Work closely with Health and Safety and ensure our subcontractors are following our H&S process and procedures.
  • Ensure the monthly compliance to our PSL is discussed at a contract level and actions taken where required to convert leakage and non-preferred spend.
  • Lead the Supplier Performance Management programme across allocated sector.
  • Lead the monthly Divisional Procurement Forums attended by the Operations Teams to discuss all relevant procurement topics including supplier performance, risks and issues.
  • Develop supplier compliance league tables across both Clients and Sectors to highlight non-compliance and work with the Accounts teams to convert these opportunities.
  • Engage and build relationships with the operations teams working across the accounts and implement a Procurement Champions programme where they act as an extension of our team to drive best in class procurement solutions and best practice.
  • Challenge make or buy decisions by developing a sound knowledge and understanding of Integrals self-delivery capability versus our subcontracting strategy, so that the optimal solution can be implemented.
  • Work in alignment with the Category team to jointly lead SRM and SPM with key partners to manage relationships with Integral preferred supply base.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and implement new policies and procedures, including rationalisation of legacy processes, continuously challenge leakage and non-conformance to preferred suppliers.
  • Develop presentations for use with internal and external stakeholders and/or teams as required.
  • Apply ethical company standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Professional certification e.g., CIPS, CPM or evidence of continued professional growth e.g. Finance (ACCA, CIP, IMC); Business (MBA, master’s in business or equivalent)
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Must have 7+ years relevant FM procurement related experience.
  • Ideally experience of managing and working in Hard Services or an Engineering discipline.
  • Hard Services Procurement knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a client interfacing role.
  • Essential experience of developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and experience of delivering cost negotiations.
  • Ability to manage multiple work assignments simultaneously, manage multiple or conflicting priorities, and handle a high-pressure working environment.
  • Candidate must demonstrate personal impact and gravitas, with high velocity & speed of response and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Positive, solution-oriented communications and a willingness to take responsibility
