If you are looking for a company that has a long-term vision for success and cares about their employees, then this could be the role for you.As the successful Customer Service Coordinator your duties will be:* Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email* Provide support to customers* Process customer orders and produce quotations* Advise the customer on availability of products, pricing and discounts* Create and maintain relationships with customers* Demonstrate commercial awareness* Able to build relationships with customers and colleagues alikeSkills:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* High attention to detail* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office* Strong telephone mannerBenefits:* Full training will be provided* Free onsite parking* Social nights with the teamTo be successful in this Customer Service Coordinator role you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In return you will receive a salary between £20,000 - £23,000 per annum. This position is 37.5hrs per week working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pmor 9.00am - 5.30pm.
