Job Description

Were looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our Bristol-based Probate Advisory team within the Legal Services department.As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be making outbound calls to recently bereaved clients, providing the information, advice, and direction that customers need on the next steps to take following the passing of a friend or loved one. This would include producing notification letters and arranging for mail suppression and also helping clients understanding legal requirements such as probate and their options for obtaining it.Working hours will be 5 days per week: 4 days on a 9:00am-5:00pm on a core shift, and 1 late shift which would be 10:30pm-6:30am.What youll do:Make outbound calls from a dialler to clients, to offer support and guidance in relation to probate (legal background is not required, and full training will be provided)accurately document customer conversations, updating recordsexplain options and company services to clients in a clear and understandable wayoffer different solutions to customers based on their individual needscomplete a variety of ad-hoc tasks to support the teamsend follow up information to customers following phone calls when requiredThis role would suit people who have:previous customer service experience, ideally from within a Regulated call centreexperience of working towards performance targetsgreat communication skills, both written and over the phonegood general IT skills, with the ability to comfortably use programmes in the Microsoft Office suite (such as Word, Excel, Outlook)strong relationship building skillsemotional resilience and the ability to be professional even in difficult situations; you understand the difference between sympathy and empathyThis vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Limited acting as an employment business.Since 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients; from large well-known brands, to SMEs and start-ups.
