Job Description

Are you looking for the opportunity to develop your career and enjoy a strong base salary with a healthy bonus on top We are looking for individuals with sales experience and excellent organisational skills to join a growing business as an Account Managerin Bristol.Red is recruiting on behalf of an independent Bristol based company who offer payment solutions for businesses looking to run their commercial fleet operations more efficiently.We want individuals with drive and personality, with professionalism and superb multitasking skills, people who have character and can develop strong relationships. If you think this sounds like you, please read on!Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

  • Prepare, communicate, and negotiate commercial propositions for customers
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
  • Coordinate and manage tender or contract reviews and deadlines
  • Develop strong relationships with both customers and clients to generate new sales opportunities
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis, and respond to any specific queries
  • Handle all customer enquiries in a professional manner, and resolve any escalated complaints or order issues
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure all systems are updated accurately
  • Identify and approach new potential customers
  • Supply a variety of status reports to the Business Services Manager
  • Carry out ad hoc special projects and champion key initiatives as required
  • Actively promote and follow all company procedures and values
Skills of an Account Manager:
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Strong presentation, and persuasive sales skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive and ambition with the ability to deliver on individual, team and company objectives
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, ensuring all deadlines are met
Account Manager Package:
  • Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE + bonus of up to £8,000/pa
  • Excellent, sociable hours working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol with free onsite parking
