Job Description

PURPOSEWorking alongside the Brand Manager and the Commercial Team to help grow the Arctic Iced Coffee brand. Whether you’re out on the road promoting the products meeting consumers face to face, planning the next campaign or getting stuck into dreaming up the next social media post; it all needs to be done with the focus on the brand and delivered with passion and professionalism.RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES1) Playing a key role in Arctic Iced Coffees experiential campaigns. You will be pivotal in representing the brands personality by enthusiastically engaging with both consumers and customers, face to face and online.2) Supporting the Brand Manager in the day to day running of the brand activities, ensuring that all activity is on brand, in-line with the brand objectives and within budget.3) Manage the design brief and acquisition of branded materials such as POS, digital media banners, merchandise show equipment etc.4) Working with the Brand Manager to maintain and develop the company’s online presence including our social media, company websites and online support channels such as Brandbank.5) Develop and build relationships with third parties to ensure smooth delivery of projects, whether it’s with creative agencies or logistical services for shows and activities.EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL SPECIFICATION:Essential:

  • At least 1 years marketing experience in a workplace.
  • Confident in managing complex projects from concept through to execution and evaluation.
  • Be highly flexible in working practices, part of this role will require some distance working at shows and events throughout key times of the year including weekends throughout the summer.
  • Working effectively in a multi-disciplined team environment. You’ll need to be a proactive, self-starter who can work as a team and under their own initiative.
  • PC literate; user of MS Office 2007 or later, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word, able to use the internet and internal databases to good effect.
  • Have great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desirable
    1. A creative flair to see the bigger picture and create well presented presentation documents, social media posts etc.
    2. Events based experience such as hospitality, catering or alternative consumer facing role
    3. Social media management, experience of using platforms such as Hootsuite or Canva.

  • NORMAL WORKING HOURS:Minimum 37.5 hour week; owing to the nature of the role it will not be unusual to work more than this but will involve some weekends, or evening work for which time will be given back in lieu. Required skills
