Joinery Estimating ManagerWe are currently looking for an Estimating Manager for a market leading joinery manufacturer and installer working on retail, hotel, leisure, high end residential amongst other areas for blue chip clients across the UK. Their packages vary, ranging in sizesfrom £100k up to £5mill.As the Estimating Manager you will:

• Overseeing day to day activities for estimating team of 4 people
• Commercial decision making with regards to opportunity priority, price negotiation etc.
• Dealing with clients and external stakeholders
• Quotation sign-off
• Workload Planning
• Job Costing Analysis
• Order and Delivery Facilitation
• Design Development
• Business Development
• Project Handover
• Reporting into Director level

About the candidate:

• Previous experience in an Estimating position within a manufacturing field, preferably with joinery or fit out experience
• Wider knowledge of the construction market
• Ability to work under pressure whilst also meeting deadlines
• Ability to liaise effectively and build relationships
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Good eye for detail
