Land Rover Coventry is looking to recruit a highly motivated Workshop Controller to join our team.You will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a high volume prestige workshop. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to ensure repairs are Fixed First Visit in an environment that demands quality workmanship and commitment to delivering outstandingcustomer service. You must possess excellent communication skills and a passion with enthusiasm to work with this prestigious brand.You will oversee our team of technicians and support team within the service department and deliver a full Aftersales experience to our customers , whilst maximise profitability and the sales of parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres and subcontractedsales.
