Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a reputable and successful Estate Agents. Established over 40 years ago this organisation deals with the Sales and Letting of properties throughput Merseyside.We are pleased to be helping with the recruitment for an experienced Sales Valuer & Lister for their South Liverpool based branch.The role

  • Responsible for developing and generating valuation leads.
  • Conducting market appraisals and successfully converting these to sales listings.
  • Working to Targets
The Candidate
  • A focus on generating new and repeat business and winning new property listings.
  • Booking and completing of property valuations with new clients
  • Canvassing, touting, door knocking and leaflet dropping the local area.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Confident, professional, and well presented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and highly driven
  • Ability to hit targets and manage own workload.
  • Communicate with current and prospective clients.
  • Confident in working on own initiative and under direction.
