Job Description

Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting the growth of another local independent firm, with the addition of a Sales Administrator. It provides Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments to a variety of clients throughout the U.K.Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide admin support to the Sales Team and external Risk Assessors. You will provide telephone support to customers and advise of additional products and services that could benefit their business. Whilst 85% ofbusiness is from existing customers, increasing their requirements or be at renewal stage, you will be tasked to call potential new customers to provide details with a view to secure new business. There are circa 10 field-based Risk Assessors nationwide, youwill manage their diaries and book appointments in accordingly. In addition, you will be expected to carry out a variety of office duties and be proactive in learning the industry.To be considered, you will have experience of working within an office environment, be confident on the telephone and able to communicate effectively and clearly via email. You will have a keen eye for detail, be able to follow processes and update the CRMsystems. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge or genuine interest in Health & Safety, but training will be provided.In return, you will receive a basic salary of £20K, local free parking and the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week once youve passed a probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday until 4pm.
