Service Coordinator - PermanentUp to £23k Alfreton DE55 4LS Hours -Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 5pm Fri 8:30am - 4pm Service Coordinator / Planning / Administration / Autodoors / Industrial Doors / Manufacturing / DE55 4LS / PermanentThe Recruitment Group is working with a UK-based company with extensive over 50 years of industry experience with the manufacturing and installation of aluminium-glazed, automatic sliding & swing door, gate & barrier systems (including security-rated versions).They also supply a range of industrial doors and provide a 24-7 national after-sales service for both door ranges.Purpose of the Service Coordinator role:The purpose of the Service Coordinator role is to be the first response for any breakdown and emergency calls from clients, completing administrative duties and liaising with the planners to ensure work is completed in the most cost and time-effective way.Main duties and responsibilities of a Service Coordinator role:. Take incoming customer call enquiries for breakdown and emergency service repairs. . Work closely with customers to arrange mutually acceptable times to complete reactive repairs/urgent callouts and preventative planned maintenance. . Deal with all service inbox queries. . Rebook any missed repair and preventative maintenance visits and escalate issues that cant be resolved through normal channels. . Liaising with customers via email & telephone. . Reviewing Engineer worksheets and forwarding them to customers. . Close open Engineer jobs on the system (EFACS) manually. . Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner. . Admin duties and support to the department & management team.Experience/knowledge requirements for a Service Coordinator role:. Strong customer service and administrative skills. . Good IT skills. . Confident and able to multitask, prioritising workload. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Able to work under pressure and respond to reactive work. .
