SAP Support AnalystDerbyshireExcellent base salary and benefits packageThe CompanyWith a fantastic history and superb growth over recent years, my client is one of the UKs premier plastics manufacturers, recyclers and distributors, with a footprint that covers the whole of the UK.As experts in plastics and PVCu building products, they’ve shown dynamic development and innovation, and lead the industry in their service, range of products and attention to detail.Due to an excellent and sustainable order book, along with investment in modern manufacturing facilities they are now looking for a suitably experienced SAP Support Analyst to join their expanding IT team.The RoleAs a SAP Support Analyst youll be part of an established Applications Team and youll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders (generally customers) todeliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance their SAP functionality.A taster of what you can typically expect includes:

  • Resolving User issues and requests
  • Involvement in larger projects
  • Developing and improving SAP modules and introducing improved functionality
  • Working with support and business teams to facilitate incident and problem resolution
  • Participating in user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation design
  • Ensuring the integrity, future design and change management of the configuration/solution
  • Training and testing
  • Analysing data within SAP and provide reports

  • Functional experience in one or more SAP modules - including:
  • PP (Production Planning)
  • SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • MM (Material Management)
  • WM (Warehouse Management)
  • BW (Business Warehouse)
  • Support and configuration experience within PP, SD, MM, WM and BW SAP modules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Good stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work under own initiative, as well as within a team
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise to achieve deadlines
