This is to accommodate the needs of our service users in the most efficient manner.What you will be doing as a Support Worker:You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to female adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledgeand skills to help support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. Who doesnt like a free massage at workWith a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed, if you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, Elysium Healthcare can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.The shift patterns at Field House may include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day.The safety of our service users and colleagues is our priority and as such we encourage and support vaccination uptake as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19.Where you will be working:Location: Chesterfield Road, Shirland, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7DTYou will be working at Field House and Apartments - a 16-bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a historyof trauma and/or attachment disorders.You will work in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risk-taking which enables self-reliance and builds trust and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.What you will get:Annual salary of £21,547 (pro-rata)The equivalent of 33 days annual leave - plus your birthday off!
