Axon Moore is excited to collaborate with an exciting and dynamic business based in Alfreton, seeking a Management Accountant to join their supportive team and report directly to the Finance Manager. The salary for this role ranges from £34,000 to £37,000. This position is fully on-site in a modern office, with free on-site parking offered.- Individuals who are part-qual, newly qualified and QBE are encouraged to apply to this role -Duties will include but are not limited to: - Prepare P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations. - Monitor budgets and conduct risk analysis / risk management.- Take ownership of cost accounting duties. - Oversee and mentor members of the transactional team and general accounting procedures.- Lead in the preparation of management accounts. - Any other reasonable duties as and when required.Requirements: - Part-qualified or newly qualified CIMA / ACCA or qualified by experience (QBE). - Proficient in MS Excel.- Experience using Sage 50 is desirable. - Strong communication skills.- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
