Our Leading Alfreton based Water treatment supplier are seeking a Mechanical fitter.Work within a manufacturing environment assembling standard and project plant and equipmentto engineering drawings and specifications. Adhering to health safety requirements and following company policies and proceduresKey Responsibilities:.Mechanical assembly of Standard and Project Equipment including aluminumframes and components.Cutting plastic pipework to length and building pipework manifold.Manufacture metal brackets and supports as required.Installation of pneumatic tubing and pipework.Installation of cable trays.Assembly of compression copper pipework.Ensuring consistently build quality and conformity to company drawings.Occasional Site visits may be required to assist in repair/installation of equipment.Compliance and implementation of company health and safety policy andproceduresSkills and Experience:.General pipe fitting experience.Use of Pillar Drill.Use of grinding Wheel.Use of Lathe.Safe Operation and use of hand tools.Ability to understand and follow engineering drawingsDesirable:.Fabrication and Installation of ABS and PVC Pipework.Experience of solvent welding and cleaning.Build systems with interlinking pumps and componentsSalary £30,000 + Benefits - Hours 8 till 4 .
